Adult Day Care
Our beautiful and spacious adult day health care center offers participants a personalized comprehensive care plan to meet his/her individual needs.
Our health care team includes a physician, registered nurses, certified nursing aides, social workers, recreational therapist and deititian. Offering respite to caregivers in the community, L’Chaim Adult Day Health Care Center enables participants to remain active and independent in their own homes in the community.
Participants in the program enjoy a full day of indoor activities and programs as well as our outdoor park, fish pond, and putting green.
